Ryan Eberst, MA, LPC,

Chief Clinical Officer & Therapist

Ryan Eberst is a Licensed Professional Counselor providing individual therapy for adults. He specializes in relationally-focused psychodynamic therapy, meaning that he attends to the therapeutic relationship that unfolds between himself and his patients. The underlying belief of this work is that emotional wounds, relational patterns, and traumatic experiences of the past will be unconsciously repeated, or enacted, in the present therapeutic relationship. The goal of therapy is to consciously explore what is unconsciously enacted.

Ryan’s concentration is providing high-quality, long-term, depth therapy for adults. He has experience working with individuals experiencing complex mental health disorders, personality disorders, addiction and various forms of trauma and attachment disturbance. He has worked with multiple therapists, nurses, pastors and clergy, and college students. He also has experience working with folks from the LGBTQ+ community through identity, the process of coming out, and transition processes. He also enjoys working with patients on exploring and interpreting their dreams.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Biblical Languages. He began his graduate education in professional counseling at the Episcopal Seminary of the Southwest, and completed his Master of Arts in Professional Counseling at Amberton University in 2017. He has completed a two-year, post-graduate certificate in relationally focused psychodynamic therapy from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2021, and is continuing his training in the model.
