Having worked in the mental health field for nearly a decade, Ashley has partnered with aging adults in both caregiving and counseling roles. Ashley's distinctive perspectives enable her to connect with clients on a relatable, empathetic level.

Through the application of cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and relational therapies, she customizes treatment to address each individual's specific needs, infusing elements of humor, sensitivity, and kindness as needed.
